My service rep was Donna. And from the moment I brought my Silverado in with questions, to scheduling a drop off, loaner and pick up she kept me well informed and her service was excellent. I grew up with neighbors on my street who all owned different major dealerships and across from tge Chevy GM dealer . He often talked about providing great customer service was paramount because thats what built brand loyalty. And he and his philosophy was why my very first vehicle was a 72 Chevy K5 Blazer. I have had experiences with good, bad and awful dealerships. To date my purchasing and service experience from Lexington Park Chevy has been above great to exceptional. Its a 2 way street. I made sure my loaner was returned washed, full, and vacuumed. A small way to show my appreciation of the loaner.

I brought my 2010 Chevrolet Silverado 2500HD with approximately 145,000 miles on it in for transmission service and couldn't be more pleased and satisfied with the service at Lexington Park Chevrolet. Kenny, the Service Manager, as well as the service technician were very helpful in recommending the correct type of service that was required. Accomplishing the task included complete transmission and cooler system flush and filter replacement. All work was completed in about 3 hours and at a very reasonable and affordable price. I can definitely say without reservation that having this service done at a dealership that has the right equipment and people with the right training and experience was the best choice. I highly recommend the professionals at Lexington Park Chevrolet!

I also arrived with a nail in one tire which was not repairable as it was in the sidewall. The dealership did not have my tire in stock, so it was ordered for delivery the next morning. As I was concerned about driving on the bad tire, I decided to leave my car over night rather than risk a problem on my hour’s drive home. I returned the next day to get the car with the new tire.

I would like to extend a big thank you to Kenny Lambert for their outstanding support during the transmission replacement of my 2020 2500HD. From the moment I had my car towed in, he kept me informed, answered all my questions, and genuinely went above and beyond to ensure the process was as smooth as possible on his end. Their professionalism and attentiveness made a frustrating situation much more bearable. I nominate Kenny for a raise or at least some extra paid vacation days! That said, I'm highly disappointed with Chevrolet as a company. Waiting almost four months for a replacement transmission was more than a minor inconvenience. I had just started my own business, and with this happening within my first 2 months of operations, it severely impacted my ability to work and grow. This wasn't a rare exotic part - it was a core drivetrain component of a widely sold vehicle. If a company with the size, reach, and resources of Chevrolet can't maintain the availability of something as critical as a transmission, it raises serious questions.

Our salesperson, LuLu, greeted us upon arrival. It was as though she was waiting outside for someone to drive up. There was no pressure, she was very courteous, and was very knowledgeable about the trucks. Once we found the truck we wanted she took us to Grant Williams. He also, was very helpful, low pressure, and we felt he was very fair in his pricing of the new truck. We also thought we received a fair deal on our trade-in. After we settled on a deal we were taken to Mr Matthew the finance gentleman. He too was very personable, low pressure. Despite that it took us all day to close the deal we were very satisfied that everything was taken care of right at the dealership ie the loan through our credit union, the DMV transfer of tags, questions about our insurance assurance, and purchase of the vehicle.

Efficient and almost effortless. I traveled from out of state to buy my vehicle and upon arriving, was welcomed and ushered inside to start the paperwork. Honestly, the best customer service at a dealership. I have had bad experiences at other dealerships so of course my first time needing a non maintenance service had me nervous. I live pretty far from this dealership but this is where I bought my truck so I felt I needed to go back there. My sunroof randomly stopped working, thankfully it was closed and not open. When I called the lady specifically asked if it was stuck open because they didn’t have any appointments for about a week and a half but was going to try and squeeze me in if it was stuck open. The day of my appointment I was prepared to sit for hours, I was there for maybe an hour and a half and turns out it was just a fuse, they replaced it and didn’t charge me the service fee or for the fuse. Of course I was willing to pay but I thought that was top notch service. I will always pay more, drive further etc for better service and this is a prime example. Thank you all!! You are amazing!

Communication was great and consistent. Mick was fantastic to work with and very knowledgeable about the vehicle. I was able to arrange almost all documentation ahead of time. My only complaint is I was provided an interest rate ahead of time and when it came time to sign the paperwork, the rate presented was higher. I had to refuse to accept that and have them source a different lender. This could have been and should have been done ahead of my arrival.

Staff was very nice. 5/5. I brought my brand new acadia in for running board install. When i got the vehicle home, I found chip marks on the edge between the front fender and door. There are also matching marks on the interior side of the paint surface. These chips in the paint were caused by the tech not being careful enough while removing the rocker panel to install the running boards.

Courtesy, professionalism, timeliness of service, cleanliness of the facility were all 5 stars. Suggestions for improvement: including a hard copy of the multi-point inspection (standard operating procedure at NYS dealerships where I moved from a year ago, and also available at Tom Hodges where I have our Honda CRV serviced). Secondly, a clearer Invoice/Repair Order. I could not determine what I paid for, from a labor standpoint, for the oil change and a new cabin air filter. I supposedly had a discount on the oil change. I couldn't see it on the Invoice. I had requested NO tire rotation as part of my oil change service, and yet the Invoice printed out "Tire Rotation." I could not tell from the Invoice whether the service was performed or not; was I charged or not. I had to ask the service advisor for clarification.
