When it’s paired with Chevy’s 8- or 10-speed automatic transmission, you’ll get up to 355 hp and 383 lb-ft. of torque, enough for most jobs. If you need even more power from your engine, the 6.2-L V8 offers 420 horsepower and 460 lb-ft. of torque, which is comfortable thanks to its 10-speed transmission.
Finally, Chevrolet offers a diesel engine workhorse for those who need the ultimate pulling power: this 3.0-L Duramax turbo engine produces 277 horsepower and an incredible 460 lb-ft. of torque, enough for any job. But where this truck really shines is in its towing capacity: up to 13,300 pounds!
